Monster Quilt

Christina found this really cute pattern for a monster quilt a couple of years ago and I started it and then put it aside. I wasn't sure how to do it. Anyway I have done a lot of applique since then, so now I am back to it and it seems way easier this time. I only have 2 blocks (out of 9) done, but I am really enjoying it. It is fun to find all neat ways to embellish them. I hope to have the quilt completed by the last week in June for a quilt show here.

I think it's time to get into the 21st century and try out this blog thing. Since everyone else has one(except Alan-hint hint) and Christina kept telling me it was really easy to make, I'm giving it a try. I love to see and read about what everyone else is doing, so maybe you feel the same way.
